Our Story & Legacy
Since 1996, Tatsu Martial Arts has been a cornerstone of the Quinte community, teaching Goju Ryu Karate and Tai Chi to students of all ages. Our dojo was Founded by Renshi Regent St-Onge who was trained by Hanshi Bill Hind and now is owned and operated by his senior student Sensei Andy Whynott 4th degree.
Through years of dedication, we have built a dojo that goes beyond martial artsβitβs a place of growth, resilience, and lifelong learning. Our team of seven dedicated senseis provides a safe, inclusive, and challenging environment where students gain confidence, strength, and self-discipline.
