OUR PROGRAMS
Children’s Classes (Ages 5-12)
A balance to karate, offering a meditative, calming practice that improves focus, flexibility, and overall well-being. Classes are divided into two age groups of 5-8 and 9-12 year olds.
Adult Classes (Ages 12+)
Adapted to individual abilities, welcoming beginners and experienced martial artists alike.
Tai Chi Classes
A perfect complement to karate, our Tai Chi classes offer a meditative and calming practice that enhances focus, flexibility, and overall well-being.
